Staying at home is a very important part of the new normal for everyone in the country during these recent times. But that doesn’t mean you have to give up on doing some daily exercise. Sure, these are unique times and binge-watching is a popular survival tactic these days. However, let’s return to some basic exercises you can do at home to help you feel your best physically and emotionally. Sits ups, lunges, dips, push-ups, and jumping jacks are exercises pretty much everyone knows and can do easily. Also, doing daily stretching is another way to wake up your body nicely. If you want to take it up a notch, try some yoga workouts or fitness online. Even many of the national gyms are providing online classes in cardio and yoga. Another thing that’s really important for your body and health is drinking enough water and getting enough sleep. These may seem like obvious things, but without proper hydration and sleep, life is much harder. You may want to do schedule your exercise time on your daily calendar to develop a consistent routine.
